A great leader isn't one who only orders people around.
He does what others consider to be mundane things, himself.
They don't understand.

I learnt that I am not good in class management and that I am not fierce enough. I learnt that I need to inspire them instead of merely making them understand. I learnt that repeating like a broken recorder will help them remember. I learnt to keep planing ahead and I discover myself through them.
